1. Drain steering fluid (see above).
2. Disconnect the supply hose and suction hose from the pump. Install plugs on the ends of the hoses.
3. Turn off fixing bolts of the pump and a lock bolt, remove the pump.
Do not operate the steering wheel after removing the pump.
4. Install the pump in the reverse order of removal.
Install the pump belt exactly on the pulley.
Be careful not to get steering fluid and oil on the pump belt and pulley.
After connecting the hoses, make sure they are not kinked.
5. After installing the belt, adjust its tension (see ch. Mechanical part of the engine).
6. Fill with fresh steering fluid and bleed the system (see above).
