Rear window heater

When fogging, the rear window must be pressed on the switch (1) (mechanical models) or (3) (models with automatic control) rear window defroster, located as shown in the figure.





In this case, the ignition key must be set to the position "II". The operation of the heater is accompanied by the burning of the indicator on the switch.

The heater operates for up to 15 minutes and switches off automatically. Forced off by pressing the switch again.

Attention:

• Prolonged operation of the heater can lead to the discharge of the battery and to the failure of the heater itself.
• When cleaning the rear window from the inside, be careful not to damage the defroster filaments.
• The rear window defroster is not designed to remove snow or ice from the windshield.
