Breaking in a new car

In order to ensure the reliability and durability of your car in further operation, during the first 1000 km of run, you must adhere to the following rules.

• Do not accelerate at full throttle and avoid hard acceleration.
• When adding oil to the engine, use only recommended engine oils (see Specifications).
• Don't brake hard. Normal running-in of new brake pads occurs over a distance of 300 km, during which you should brake as smoothly and with medium intensity as possible. After repairing or replacing the engine, as well as after replacing the brake pads or linings, the same recommendations must be followed.
