Flywheel / Drive Disc — Removal and Installation

1. Remove the transmission (see Chap. 7). On Odyssey V6 models, the engine must be removed to remove the transmission.

2. Remove clutch and release bearing (on vehicles with manual transmission).

3. Mark the position of the flywheel (drive disk) relative to the end of the crankshaft, gradually and evenly unscrew the bolts and remove the flywheel (disk).


4. Installation is carried out in the reverse order. Tighten flywheel bolts (drive disk) with moment:

• on vehicles with manual transmission - 103 Nm.
• on vehicles with automatic transmission - 74 Nm.
